NITI ENTERPRISE
Define an infrastructure advisory brief
Organise the inputs for an industrial infrastructure planning discussion.
Original practical guidance · Adapt to the assignment. This is not a technical feasibility assessment or legal advice.
Start with the decision
Identify whether the assignment concerns a concept, project readiness, implementation coordination or a review. State the decision the output should support.
Separate evidence from assumptions
List land and site information, available studies, utility requirements, connectivity, institutional roles and known constraints. Mark gaps clearly; do not treat assumptions as verified feasibility findings.
Map interfaces and dependencies
Identify the responsible institutions, approvals, stakeholder inputs and external dependencies. Record who can verify each input and when it is needed.
Specify the required outputs
Define the proposed outputs, review stages, acceptance criteria and exclusions. Identify which specialist assessments require separate technical or statutory expertise.
